Contact requests
The quote form prepares a message for the company’s WhatsApp account. This website does not receive or store the form contents. A message is sent only when you choose to send it within WhatsApp, subject to that service’s privacy policy.
Planning tools and downloads
Volume calculations and document selections run in your browser. When you choose to add a result to your request, it travels through a local URL fragment that is not sent to the server and is removed after reading. Saving a summary or checklist creates a file you choose to download to your device; these files are not uploaded to the website server.

When you contact the company by email, phone or WhatsApp, the information you share is used to handle your enquiry. Please avoid sending sensitive documents in your initial enquiry.

Air cargo tracking
The waybill number is sent to our server only when you choose Check number. If an approved carrier source is enabled, the server sends the number to that source to retrieve shipment status. We do not save waybills or results in browser storage or a shipment database, and the number is not placed in the page URL. A temporary server-memory fingerprint limits repeated attempts. The carrier source handles data under its applicable terms when that connection is enabled.
Airline directory
The directory contains public carrier identity information such as name, code and waybill prefix. An entry does not mean live tracking is enabled, and the directory is not an exhaustive list of every current airline.
